Swap Meet Vendors on Saturday, June 13

The following vendors will be attending the Swap Meet on Saturday, June 13, 2026, noon to 5 pm. The Swap Meet is free and open to the public (at the Tallmadge Community Center).

Details

The Greater Akron Aquarium Society will host a Public Swap Meet on Saturday, June 13, 2025, in conjunction with the Ultra-Aqua Aqua Tropical Fish Show. The Swap Meet will be held indoors from noon to 5 pm at the Tallmadge Community Center, 80 Community Rd, Tallmadge, OH 44278. This event is free and open to the public.

  • Setup time for vendors will begin at 11:00 am.
  • Admission is free for all.
  • Doors will open to the public at Noon and will be open until 5:00 pm.

Table Rentals for the 2026 Ultra-Aqua Swap Meet at the Tallmadge Community Center on Saturday, June 13

This year, we have two table sizes and pricing:

  • $20 for a 6-foot rectangular table
  • $25 for a 8-foot rectangular table

Please coordinate your table rental needs with our president, Bud White, at budwhitemail@gmail.com.  Bud will be coordinating the table rentals. You can also call Bud and leave a voice mail: 330 571 0394. Payment will be accepted on Saturday, June 13, at the Swap Meet.

For Swap Meet Vendors

  • Chairs will be provided.
  • The club will provide plastic table covers.
  • Setup time for vendors will begin at 11:00 am.
  • You will have between 11:00 am and 12:00 pm to visit other vendors.
  • You do not need to stay until 5:00 pm

Please note that the Greater Akron Aquarium Society will not be providing or selling food during the Swap Meet on Saturday, but there are several fast-food options very close to the Tallmadge Community Center.

Plan to stay for the Ultra-Aqua Dinner (Pasta Bar with Chicken) at 7:00 pm. All are invited to attend the dinner for $5 per person. (We are asking show participants to pay $5 for dinner.) Sabu Yamamoto will be our after-dinner speaker.
